3 Tips For Connecting With Your Target Market Online

July 13, 2019 by Fleur Hamilton

While the Internet can be a great way for you to get in contact with your customer base and begin building relationships with those that you work with or are hoping to work with in the future, it can also be something that’s very hard for many businesses to navigate on their own.

With so much to figure out and maneuver, it’s no wonder why so many businesses are hired to take on this part of a marketing campaign on behalf of a company. But if you’re determined to do this on your own and want to make sure that your efforts are bringing you the biggest possible return on your investment, you have to know how and where to find the people who will be most drawn to you.

To help you in doing this, here are three tips for connecting with your target market online.

Narrow In On Your Demographics

Almost everyone is using the Internet in one way or another. Because of this, the Internet is a great way to reach people within your demographics. However, if you don’t narrow in on your demographics enough, you could lose a lot of the potency of your efforts.

To help with this, CrazyEgg.com recommends that you only use two core markers for your demographics and one to three markers for your secondary demographics. By doing this, you’ll really be able to focus your marketing efforts to a specific group of people and create marketing materials that will speak directly to those people without diluting your messaging too much.

Know What Social Media Platform To Focus On

Social media is arguably the best and easiest way for businesses to connect with their clients or customers online. But with so many options for social media platforms to use, many businesses try to take on too much or choose the wrong platforms for their particular business.

When trying to decide which social media platforms to focus your efforts on, Lesya Liu, a contributor to Entrepreneur.com, recommends that you start with understanding what each social media platform’s benefits are and which one best aligns with your business. For example, if your business produces great photos, you’ll want to be on Instagram or Pinterest. And if you’re wanting to reach an older generation, Facebook could be a great option for you.

Ask Your Customers About Their Habits

If you’re still not sure about where the best place to meet with your target audience is or where your customers are hanging out online, Rich Brooks, a contributor to Social Media Examiner, recommends that you simply ask your current customers about their online habits.

By sending out a quick survey meant to gather information about what social media platforms they use, what websites they frequent, and if they follow any blogs or podcasts, you can glean so much knowledge about how to best use the Internet to reach your target audience

If you’re needing some help with how to use the Internet to meet with and build relationships with your target audience, consider using the tips mentioned above to help you in doing just that.

The Innovative Software Behind the Cannabis Industry

June 27, 2019 by Fleur Hamilton

While cannabis has been prized throughout history for its medicinal properties — and was a key ingredient in legal medications in the United States up until the early 1930s — for most of the twentieth century it was classified as an illegal narcotic. Not until the nineties, when scientific evidence for cannabis medicinal value became indisputable, and decades of fruitless attempts to sanction the drug failed, did legislators start to reconsider the blanket ban on cannabis.

In the years since cannabis was legalized for medical use in states like California (in 1996) and countries like Canada (in 2001), it has become a popular solution for pain management, and a range of products have been developed to help people make cannabis part of their treatment regimens.
