Tweetmeme Adds More Buttons for More Retweet Goodness

Are you aware of  Twitter aggregator called Tweetmeme?  If you are, then you’ll be glad to know that the folks at Tweetmeme will be rolling out some new “image buttons” that you can use in other sites to give your valuable tweets more chances of getting “retweet”. This image button is similar to Techmeme’s retweet buttons which show the number of retweets your post has as well as the link for those who haven’t done so, to retweet your updates.

I’m sorry for covering Twitter again after our feature about the Twitter Verified Accounts. But this is too good of a discussion point to make a pass on. While various data are pointing different trends with regards to Twitter’s growth, a particular Harvard study pointed an interesting fact – that  amidst its growing userbase, more than half of these users update their profile less than once every 74 days. Deleted Photos on Social Networking Sites Remain Undeleted

So, you’ve decided to take out some photos you’ve uploaded on a social networking site. You hit the delete button and when the site told you the your photos have been deleted you left the site hurriedly. One month later, you chanced upon the direct link to the photos you thought you deleted already but lo and hold your photos were still there.  Do social networking sites really delete the photos after you’ve deleted them?
